Abstract

Musicologist, PhD Doctor, Professor of YSC Irina Leonid Zolotova.- “Dedicated to Igor Yavryan's 75th Anniversary”.The author presents YSC's professor as a pedagogue in his multidisciplinary activity. He has received education at the MSC in the class ofVlasenko, then he developed the talents of soloist, unmatchedconcertmaster and transmitted to people his almost half a century ofpedagogical experience showing himself as a vivid personality endowedwith rich musical knowledge base.  

Author Biography

Irina Leonid Zolotova , Yerevan State Conservatory

(born in Odessa, Ukraine). In 1971 graduated with honors from the Odessa State Conservatoryafter A. V. Nezhdanova on a class of a special piano, and also postgraduate study of the Leningrad State Conservatory after N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov(in profession "History of piano art") which ended with honors in 1974. Since 1974 teaches in the YSC after Komitas. Students on her class of pianoimprovisation acted with concerts in Yerevan, Moscow, in the cities of Italy, Finland, Ireland, Germany. Since 1982 she is the member of the Union ofcomposers of the USSR, since 1993 the member of the Union of composers and musicologists of RA, since 2008 the member of council of founders ofFund of assistance to cultural development and education in assistance of the Ministry of Culture of RA. She is the participant of international and therepublick scientific conferences and symposiums took part in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Cambridge (USA), Tbilisi, Yerevan, etc. The author of more than60 published scientific and methodical works. Among them monographs and education guidances ("Ruben Aharonyan", "Kathy Malkhasyan", "Ways ofdevelopment of pianism in Armenia", "Master class at home: D. Shostakovich. Preludes, 34", "From history of piano performance and pedagogics. TheXX century (co-author Sh. H. Apoyan), "Children's music of modern Armenian composers", etc.) and also articles which were published in publishinghouses of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yerevan, in journals "Soviet Music", "Musical Life".The PhD doctor, professor (1991), head of the department ofhistory, the theory of performance and pedagogics of the YSC (1990-2018).
