Abstract

Musicologist, PhD candidate, Docent of YSC Lilit K.Yepremyan. - “Devoted to Igor Yavryan's 75th Anniversary”.In the article which is made of author interviews with themembers of the pianist's family, his colleagues and students theidentity of the outstanding musician and methodology of his workwith students who are the representatives of Piano School ofI. M. Yavryan is revealedThe graduate of the Moscow conservatory on Lev NikolayVlasenko's class, showed himself both as the soloist pianist, as theconcertmaster and as the actor of chamber ensemble trio, as apedagogue and as the author of piano transpositions andscientific works. All these forms of his multilateral activity arementioned in this article devoted to the 75th anniversary of themusician.  

Author Biography

Lilit K. Yepremyan, Yerevan State Conservatory

(born 14.05.1963, Yerevan) the musicologist, the psychologist, thesociologist, the journalist, the translator, genocide examiner, PhD candidate. In 1989 graduated from YSC on specialty ofmusicologist (chair of the theory of music, a class of the prof. N. V. Deroyan). In 1993 got a postgraduate degree in YSCtogether with the State institute of Art Studies (Moscow, a class of PhD doctor I. R. Eolyan). In 1995 in SIA (Moscow)protected master's thesis. In 2001 graduated from the Center of training of Practical psychologists at the Yerevan StateUniversity, in 2006 from the Caucasian mass media Institute on speciality of regional studies. In her researches usesmethods in the field of musicological and interdisciplinary sciences. From 1996 to the present she teaches in YSC and she isa docent since 2002. She worked as a correspondent in the newspaper “Novoe Vremya”. The author of the monograph“Edward Mirzoyan in letters and dialogues”, Yer.: Tigran Mets., 2011., - 616 P. The practicing psychologist is engaged in aphenomenon of ethnic tradition, questions of city folklore, a problem of a transgeneration trauma of Genocide of Armenians.The author of more than 20 scientific and more than 500 publicistic articles
