Musicologist, Docent of YSC Anahit Artavazd Kirakosyan - “Pages of history of the Armenian national tools”. In our reality there is no work devoted to the study of the Armenian national tools. The author supplements this omission and represents an instrumentation as the science which has arisen in the second half of the 19th century. She has studied the origins of the sources of the Middle Ages on materials of historians of the 5th century, archeological excavations, tombstones, etc. The analysis of interaction of national tools, the description of three main groups of tools is given: wind instruments, string, percussions. During the time tools were enriched with modern tools; new tools are created and restoration works on analogs of ancient copies are conducted. Based on these materials scientific works and articles, candidate works, articles in encyclopedic dictionaries are written. We will tell the bright names of the Armenian musicians masters: Vardan Gevorg Buni (Buniatyan), Sasha Oganezashvili (Alexander Arshak Ohanyan or Hovhannisyan), Aram Karapet Kocharyan, Ashot Ivan (Hovhannes) Petrosyants, Martin Sargis Khachatryan, Georgy Vardan Minasov, Albert Armenak Zaqaryan, Eduard Andranik Barsegyan, etc.
